Laser-Scan Inc. and GTRSystems Announce Marketing Collaboration
Sterling, VA – July1, 2003 -- Laser-Scan, Inc. of Sterling, VA and GTRSystems, Inc. of Potomac Falls, VA have announced plans under which they will jointly pursue opportunities within the geospatial data and application development markets. The strategic alliance will focus on GIS support services and software development opportunities leveraging Laser-Scan’s state of the art object-oriented GIS software, Gothic/Lamps2. The alliance brings together GTRSystems extensive experience building GIS products for the private and public sectors to include Local, State and Federal civilian agencies with Laser-Scan Inc’s experience meeting national mapping agency and defense GIS requirements.
